CDP Choline has several actions, it can repair and rebuild cell membranes of neurons. In addition, CDP Choline increases the dopamine content in the central nervous system and it increases the neurotransmitter Acetylcholine, which is very important for your memory. When CDP Choline is absorbed it divides into Choline and Cytidine. Cytidine, in turn, is converted to Uridine, the latter being a nucleotide base needed to make neural cell membranes. Co-Enzyme NADH [5mg]
