The benefits of Sugar-to-Fiber are greatest when you consume it daily. While each Sugar-to-Fiber day helps you get closer to your daily fiber goals (by converting a larger gross amount of sugar to fiber), consistent use is more likely to result in meaningful, lasting improvements to your gut microbiome.
IS SUGAR-TO-FIBRE FREE OF ALL MAJOR ALLERGENS?
Yes!
We can confirm that Sugar-to-Fiber is free of all major allergens. Sugar-to-Fiber is tested, annually at minimum, against the allergens present in the manufacturing facility to ensure no cross-contamination. It does not contain:
- Dairy or milk
- Eggs
- Fish or shellfish
- Tree nuts or peanuts
- Wheat
- Soy
- Sesame
Sugar-to-Fiber also doesn’t contain artificial flavors, and is vegan and vegetarian friendly.
Please note that our product contains live probiotic bacteria. As with any new food or supplement, it is always best to consult your medical doctor if you have any concerns related to your gut health with a new product.

Although the service has a very high next (working) day delivery success rate, this is not a guaranteed service and we will not offer refunds for any delivery charges paid, if orders are not delivered next day.

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 2pm on the same day. We do not dispatch on weekends, so orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched on Monday regardless of the shipping option selected.
All delivery times quoted are in working days (i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays). Although on occasion of our delivery partners, at their discretion, may attempt delivery on Saturday for your added convenience.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email to let you know. You have the option of a refund on this item, or to place the item on back order, we will advise when the item is expected to return back in stock.
